Prepaid returns are available for orders made on the UK mainland via the returns label enclosed in your parcel. Please ensure the returns slip is fully completed and enclosed within your returns parcel, with the correct name, order number, date, and product details filled in.

Garments must not have been worn for any activity apart from trying on.
Garments must not display any visible signs of use including but not limited to general wear, stains, deodorant/cosmetic marks.
All tags must be intact, and the garments returned in their original packaging.
Garments must not be washed or altered.
Orders placed using a discount code or offer are eligible for refund or exchange up to the amount paid on purchase, not the RRP or current price of the garment in question.
Any decision to refuse a return that is not compliant with our returns policy is final and cannot be refuted. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt at our warehouse, where garments will be checked for signs of use or damage. It is your responsibility to keep all return receipts, to enable proof of postage.
Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights. Your rights under this returns policy are in addition to your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
