UK Returns

If you’re not able to find the perfect fit or style for your active life, you can send your Exosuit garment back within 100 days of receipt for a full refund or product exchange.

In order to initiate a return please get in touch with us via the contact form below, ensuring you use the name and email address used to place the order, as well as the correct order number, date, and product details from your confirmation email.  You will then be emailed full returns instructions and a prepaid label that can be used at your local post office.

If possible please keep the original delivery bag – this is provided with a second seal for packaging returns.

EU & International Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns for orders to the EU (including Channel Islands) and the Rest of the World at this time.  Our 100-day returns offer does still apply.  To initiate a return, please fill out the form below ensuring you complete the correct order number and contact details.  We will then be in touch by email to explain your return options.

Please note that additional postage charges may apply for product exchange requests for EU and International orders.

For those in the UK, you will soon after receive by email a pre-paid postage label to return your products to Exosuit HQ.  For EU and International orders you will receive an email with further details regarding your return options.


    • Unfortunately, we draw the line at items that have been damaged other than as a result of faulty workmanship (e.g. rips, cuts or tears sustained during use). Such items are not eligible for our 100-day returns policy.
    • Orders placed using a discount code or offer are eligible for refund or exchange up to the amount paid on purchase, not the RRP or current price of the garment in question.

    Any decision to refuse a return that is not compliant with our returns policy is final and cannot be refuted. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt, following checks for signs of damage. It is your responsibility to keep all return receipts, to enable proof of postage.

    Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights. Your rights under this returns policy are in addition to your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
