Glen has consistently been one of the top running backs in European Football, showing his natural pace and explosive power to rack up offensive yards. His drive for success is amongst the best we’ve seen at Exosuit, and we love watching him push his limits in training or on the field every time.
Glen started his sporting career as a junior sprinter, before finding American Football while attending Southampton University. He quickly progressed onto the London Blitz, where he was their leading rusher in the 2016/17 Championship season.
After 3 years with the Blitz, Glen signed with the Dresden Monarchs in the German Football League. As a rare British import, he excelled in the usually American-led backfields of Germany, finishing in the top 5 in running back yards each year. He also represented Great Britain as a primary running back in their European Qualifying matches.
With the 2020 GFL season being cancelled, Glen took an opportunity to move his talents to Poland. He announced himself to the Bialystok Lowlanders faithful with an incredible 12 carry rushing performance in their season opener, racking up 271 yards and four touchdowns. He carried the Lowlanders all the way to the Grand Final, unfortunately missing out on the victory at the final hurdle.
Off the back of this string of performances in European Football, Glen was one of only four British players invited to the NFL international combine in Germany, and the Canadian Football League in Toronto. Glen can’t help but show pride for his success, as well as the growing number of UK players making their presence felt internationally. We love his drive to succeed and how hard he works, and can’t wait to see where his career goes next.
